Programmes

De-stress and unwind

This programme is the perfect opportunity to connect with others and unwind. A relaxing online social event where you can switch off from the stresses of daily life with our soothing programme. We focus on connecting and breathwork which is breathing techniques and exercises to help you feel calmer and more centred. Controlling your breathing can help to control stress and anxiety and is a central technique for mindfulness.

Wellbeing

Focusing on different areas of the 5 ways to wellbeing, we help you work out a plan for better wellbeing. After working through what each of the areas means and how they help you feel a greater sense of life satisfaction, we support you in making a plan to bring each of those ways into your life.

Crafts

We carry out a range of craft activities such as painting and knitting in six-week blocks. Over the six weekly sessions, we’ll show you how to use simple tools and crafting techniques to create your own project in the comfort of your home. Contact us to see our current courses.
