FIVE WAYS TO FAMILY WELLBEING
Social and Emotional Learning for Families
Strengthening family relationships, improving mental health, and supporting children to thrive in learning and life.
Recreate-U’s Five Ways to Family Wellbeing programme is an engaging, education-led social and emotional learning programme designed for families to learn and grow together.
By bringing families into shared learning experiences, the programme strengthens relationships, improves understanding of mental health, and builds the skills children need to feel confident, regulated, and ready to learn. Each family is supported through a bespoke journey, recognising their individual strengths and needs.
