WELLBEING WEDNESDAYS
at the RHS Bridgewater
Family gardening for wellbeing sessions
Recreate-U's Wellbeing Wednesdays take place in the RHS Bridgewater’s Community Grow garden. These fun, friendly community gardening sessions for adults and children teach the whole family to grow healthy fruit and vegetables using organic gardening techniques while supporting children to develop a love of nature.
We work closely with RHS staff and volunteers to learn about every stage of growing, from deciding what we want to plant and where, to sowing, planting, harvesting – and of course, trying lots of new veggies.
Recreate-U's Wellbeing Wednesdays offer a chance to spend time together, outdoors in nature, support your child’s developing skills and connect and make friends among other local families.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
