Recreate-U's Walk Together Podcast shares real stories of people who’ve overcome barriers to become more active. We share knowledge from experts to help active travel and movement feel accessible, achievable and above all, enjoyable!
Our podcast episodes feature diverse voices and experiences, including older people, women, people who have overcome significant health challenges or are living with disabilities, people becoming active for the first time, busy executives trying to fit fitness into their day, and people who have made movement their business.
All our guests have their own inspiring stories to tell, and we want to share them with you!
